I have done it for my OMS manifold. The grip of Sherwood knob feels much better.

How about a Thermo manifold, will the sherwood rubber knobs fit these?

I got my Sherwood knobs by swaping OMS knobs with the ones on my old Sherwood K Valves which I no longer use.

As for the Thermo Manifold, I think their knobs are large and easy to grip. I don't bother to change.

I replaced the plastic valves on the old thermo valves to the rubber knobs. Not a problem.
