I'd say 'yes'. I've got a T2 reg where I had a LDS install an M1 exhaust 'T' on the primary 2nd stage. I think the T2, being as expensive as they are, should come 'standard' with that exhaust 'T'.

I now have a T2 with Ti2 octo. The Ti2 octo exhaust is so small compare the primary T2. Since I am making it a 7 ft + necklace set up, I want to improve the Ti2 octo, larger exhaust T and possibly swapping out the yellow cover. Any option for the cover color?

The swapping out of the exhaust and purge are very delicate operations that must be done only by those who have had proper training and know how to operate a screw driver :).

More seriously it is really easy. On the underside of the exhaust there are two slots that the tip of a std. flat head screw driver can fit into. The slots are at the 1 and 11 o'clock positions when the reg is upside down. Insert the tip of the screw driver and gently lift up on the tab until it clicks. Repeat of the other side. At that point the exhaust can be lifted off. You can put any exhaust you want on it. For an secondary (octo) I would put a B2/Z2 exhaust on it rather than a M1. I would use the M1 on primary.

For swapping out a purge cover just unscrew the ring. If it hard to unscrew try soaking the reg in warm fresh water for a couple of hours as it probably has salt deposits that have built up. If it still does not unscrew you may need to take it to a shop as there is a special tool that will grab the ring. Though I would try using something grippy like a sponge first.

If you want to swap out both the exhaust and purge cover just buy a B2 color kit which includes both plus a new adjustment knob. And for all practical purposes the Ti2 second stage is a B2 second stage.
