it is easy, if you look at the front of the mask you will see a small lever, you push this in, and it pushes a little rubber plate up under your nose, then you breath against it, like you would if you where using your fingers.

It's hard to teach an old dog fish new tricks but i finally mastered the art of this scubaboard.

It took a little keyboard work & some advice from old dogs' but i was able to download the pic.

Overall this is a very well designed board.....
