Who's Going to the Cozumel Invasion ?

All Cozumel Invaders...
I have Good News and Bad News...
Good news(for me)... as of yesterday at about 3pm, I am officially an OW certified diver.:banana:
Bad news(for you)... that means that you guys will be stuck diving with a "newbie" for the week!!

I am ready to get underwater somewhere that is clear and warm, because the quarry I was in this weekend was neither clear (6 foot viz), nor warm (52 degrees)!!!!!

Congrads, not to worry you wont be the only one thats new to diving, so far my wife has done her OW cert, at Blue Hole, NM (read as cold but clear, at least it started that way) in Aug of 09 and a refreasher dive a couple weeks ago.

and after the long cold winter we both are excited about getting to some place warm.

Funny story yeasterday we were in Denver for the day and the air temp was between 80-85 and we both said at the same time, " well that's about what the water temp will be.....":dropmouth::daydreaming::daydreaming:

There are about 300 posts inbetween that post and now, I wasn't able to dig through them all to find an answer. But I'm hoping they are going to divide the boats up by experience level. I can't imagine them not doing that, but anythings possible.

thats what I figured I guess I was looking to see if there was anything other then

Mon: Dive, Dive, Lunch, Dive, Dinner, Dive, Drink
Tues: Dive, Dive Lunch, Girls only Dive, Dinner, Dive, Drink
Ect...

figured out yet, like I saw where the Girls are doing their dive tuesday afternoon. do we any idea of when the SB exclusive dinner is ect?

If any of the guys want to serve the chilled champagne when we get back from the girls dive, that would make the dive experience even better.. Oh and a sparkling grape juice for HC.

figured out yet, like I saw where the Girls are doing their dive tuesday afternoon. do we any idea of when the SB exclusive dinner is ect?

So far I haven't stumbled upon anything bearing a resemblance to anything outlining any type of social schedule for this trip. However, it may exist buried somewhere in this thread, it may be a "to be released' once closer to the trip date or maybe I'm just plain too dense.

There was mention of grouping divers by experience level on the boats. I don't remember you asking how many dives we have.... I know mine is in profile, but how about kids, etc.

I can't decide which computer(s) to bring. It seems like the predator is overkill. I still have my suunto cobra that is air integrated but haven't used it since I started tech diving. I also have a couple of DiveRite Duo's. I just can't stand not to have redundancy anymore.

There are several mentions of night diving. Our trip includes 2 tank morning 5 days and one tank afternoon 4 days. Is this afternoon dive before or after dark, or do you choose?

The boats are being worked on, we are keeping families, couples (except mfinley919 and his wife, just kidding! ) etc. together. We will do our best to work with everyone, so everyone will have a great time! If you have any concerns, just send Cardzard or myself a PM.
