We are in x 3 (me, hubby, & 17 y/o son). 19 y/o son has Army NG that 1st weekend so we are trying to figure his logistics.

That's awesome Dubi!! It's gonna be such a great trip!!
And yes Cardzard, I am HIGHLY looking forward to night dives! I LOVE diving at night! As a single diver, I just hope others want to also and wouldn't mind me tagging along (I'm a very good buddy! I never wander off). I don't want to go out and die by my lonesome, hehe.
All these photos and videos are making me want to buy a camera. They're just SO expensive! UGH! The ad floating around here for the Nikon L24 and Ikelite housing for 360 has got me itching though - but that's a cenote dive an a bit of nitrox!. And after doing more searching for other cameras, my confusion is only getting worse. There's a lot of options for a lot of different prices! I find cameras I like, then see the housings cost 2 times as much, lol... then you read about the importance of accessories, and think, "oh, maybe I can afford all this in about 2-3 more years", haha. It's quite a hard tossup between cameras or more diving, but I'd really like to capture the dives I'm doing! Stupid catch 22's!!
