hehehe... yes, unfortunately...

i take ScubaBoard breaks when i can't concentrate anymore... then get back to work

it's like my built-in break =)

you will notice that i rarely log in before lunch... that's when i do most of
my work... but by lunch, i have to start taking breaks or i screw things up

(when a word makes a difference, you can't afford to screw up)
