Not being born in the USA does NOT disqualify you to be POTUS. There are exceptions. Many us citizens are born on foreign ground due to situations such as being children of US service members etc.

The constitutional requirement state the president must be a "natural born citizen". Since the Constitution does not define "natural born citizen" there are arguments to be made that being born of a citizen qualifies. This of course is a question for the Supreme Court so there is a possibility Tammy Duckworth could become president since her father was an American citizen.
