Basically the same question here:
I am looking for a couple of DIN adapter kit part # 103174

I am going to find a machine shop to make a couple.
There is a shop in Australia that sells it for $165

I can also ask Ron from Silent Explorers if he can make a conversion kit for Aqualung similar to the Poseidon kit
Or individual pieces
With the Wheel nut:

They are fundamentally different because the Titan body is finished with a "Male" thread. The newer style have a "Female" insert.

I may just have to stay with yokes
