I did 3- 54 degree dives in a Fusion with the Mk2 Jacket and an UnderArmour Core2 underneath, with normal poly thermal bottoms under fleece pants. Was toasty. The Jacket is very warm (my core was warmer than my legs). If the bottoms are as good as the top, you should be fine.

Mike...I appreciate the feedback. My first Whites undergarment was the MK3, and it was too hot and more bulky, so I switched to the MK2 and couldn't be happier.
