I have the canon a620 and it doesn't have raw mode on it. I actually just started getting into u/w photography so all i have is the internal flash.

I shoot RAW but always have it set on cloudy.

In most (all?) digital cameras, if you capture in RAW and use RAW to start the editing process, it does not matter what the WB setting is, because RAW just captures exactly what each pixel sees, making no adjustments to color, sharpness or exposure. Any WB adjustments are done in the editing stage.

It is only if you are capturing and editing from jpeg images that you should try to get the WB settings right. This is because jpeg is a lossy compression algorithm and therefore the amount of editing that can be done is limited.
