We make 5 sizes of plates.
Your current plate is probably about 15 1/2" tall. We make a 13 1/8" plate (small) 15" plate (medium), a 16" plate (large), 17.5" plate (Long Pattern), and a 19" plate (Extra Long Pattern)
At 6'9" tall you are a candidate for the Long Pattern or Extra Long Pattern.
Take you current plate, and adjust the harness so the top of the plate is correctly located.
Now check where the waist band hits your ribs. Measure down to the bottom of your rib cage. This measurement will tell which plate will fit you best.
