Just make sure you dont get the ones that want you to cut off the nub. Get the ones that slip over the nub.

The XS Scuba springs come with pin and peg clips. No worry.

Another option might be the Innovative Scuba EZ Spring Straps herehttp://www.innovativescuba.com/Product_Rubber1.htm. The ones with the plastic connectors are less than $30, while the ones with the SS hardware are less than $40. I've got the plastic-hardware type on my Mares X3's, which have the identical post as your Quattros.

We have both the XS Scuba Spring Straps and the Innovative Scuba Spring Straps at reasonable prices. Personally, I prefer the XS Scuba straps, even if they are slightly more expensive. Let me know if I can help you.

The XS Scuba straps are very nice and come with hardware for 3 different types of posts and pins. I like them because it comes with all 3 and should you decide to get a different type of fin in the future, you've got the hardware to put the springs straps on the new fins!

There are also several good threads on making your own (I did, and it was so easy I can't see buying a pair from anyone else), and Mares fins are one of the easiest brands to work with.
I like the Gorilla Spring straps. Really neat set up.
