Which Pelican or similar case would be the most appropriate for this outfit?

It depends on whether you have strobes/arms, etc. If you only have the camera/housing, get a soft sided 6-pack cooler to carry it in - the cooler makes a nice little soak tank in your room.

If you have strobe(s), arms, etc. then look at the Storm Cases (lighter and nicer than the Pelican boxes - same price). I buy from casesforless.com

After my last trip to Cozumel where I received my luggage the day before I left (with all my dive gear) I am looking to carry the camera, housing, strobes (YS 90-A), arms, my laptop, regulator/computer and mask. I will check out the storm products.
Thanks

I started with the Storm case Im2400 then went to the Im2500 because it has wheels. Both are carry-on size.

I fit two Oly C4000Z cameras, two PT-010 housings, my lenses, battery charger, batteries, miscellaneous and my laptop computer on the top of it all.

I did not get the foam as I had too many items. I use bubble wrap. I have taken the Im2400 on three trips with no problems. I'll be using the im2500 on my next trip.

On our last trip to Cozumel, I carried on a soft-sided cooler with my c5050/PT-015, dual Ikelite DS-125 strobes, chargers, tray/arms. My laptop, mask, reg. went into a backpack. The hard-sided Storm Cases and Pelican Boxes are OK if you have to check your camera gear, but for carry on the cooler is lighter and easier to carry. Just make sure they put it on top when getting into the vans!
