Abviously the padded shoulders and weight pockets but what else?

The difference between the Dive Rite systems is basically the concentration of buckles factor. I prefer having virtually nothing to adjust once I put on my BC, since nobody but me is using it anyway. Dive Rite systems appeal more to some people just because you have options like quick releases or a chest strap 'n stuff. You'll find with a BP/W setup that once it is properly adjusted you will not need the chest strap or the extra quick releases. It is a bit of an art getting in and out of the BC as well.
