hi. can anyone help? which of these lights is the one to go for. UK sunlight c8 led plus, or princeton tec shokwave led. how bright are these compared to conventional xenon lights?

Personally, unless it's entirely outside your budget, I would not purchase any light today that is not either LED or HID. Older bulbs (halogen and xenon) are far too fragile... and don't have the insane bright+battery life advantages that makes HID worthwhile. I also prefer the true white light that both LED and HID bring.

I've seen fewer problems with UK lights than Princeton Tec, but both companies have excellent warranty service if you have a problem. I prefer UK, however, after having several PT lights flood on me.
