I suggest doing a search on Ebay for "Olympus 5050".
 
OK why does it seem that so many favor the 5050 camera for underwater photography? Since I don't have much to invest in a strobe and probably won't for some time, how does it do with low light conditions? Diving in new england doesn't exactly let you see forever.
