Going to Isles of Shoals this w-e for the first time with Capt Rob and was wondering what kind of fish we can expect to see beside seals...? I've read we can see dogfish over there..that would be cool!

Also which dive sites do you mostly like and why ?

I only have my Bare velocity 5/4 + a 7mm hooded-overshorty..hope it'll be enough to keep me warm! If anybody knows good restaurant for dinner and breakfast in Portsmouth that would be nice too...

Thanks guys!

You'll have good time. He's a good captain. Doesn't go out with loaded boat. Great 1st mate/dive master. Will see Stripers (Stripped bass) If look hard under nooks, rocks, may see cod. I prefer to dive cedar island ledge and some of deeper sites but if diving with 5/4, you'll be better off diving shallow. Swedes cove or cribbs. Cribbs is old pier. Shallow and lots to see. Swedes cove is like divers playground. Interesting underwater terrain, channels, swim throughs, mini caverns.. neat.

There are plenty places to eat on way to portsmouth from Rye. A good sign is traffic waiting to get in. Enjoy.
