I want to buy a dive-computer but don't know very well what to choose.
I've already heard thzt the Uwatec computers have a good reputation, but now someone told me that the new Scubapro-Uwatec computers aren't so good anymore because of the same reasons the DC-10 had his bad reputation.
Furthermore they advised me then the Uwatec Aladin Sport Plus and they added that it was the replacement of the famous Aladin Pro. When I read the Scubapro-brochure there are still a few differences between the old Aladin Pro and the Aladin Sport Plus. Am I right or is the dealer correct and did I misinterprete the brochure ?

Thank you all in advance

Why not go look on the Uwatec site for all the informtaion you need on these fantastic computers.
I have been diving with them for 8 years and love them, never had one fail or break ever.
I am using the Air Z Nitrox after upgrading a few months ago from the Air X Nitrox.
I still have some older Pros and use them for deep diving and as backups

After looking (not testing mind you) many different brands of computers I decided on Aeris. The readablility is what made the most difference. With the graphics I can figure out many elements of my dive very easily.
