I posted a review of Aruba Fly N' Dive on June 15 and it still doesn't show. Does it take longer than 5 days for a review to be posted? How long does it typically take for a review to be posted?

I ask because it seems many of the places listed in the dive directory (the ones I've looked at, anyway) don't have reivews.

It's in the "Suggestions" forum.
Just go to the right hand side of the menu and click on "Suggestions".
