apo island - i just want to go there
palawan - diving, hiking and everything else
pagudpud - beach and sun
siargao - big waves
tubataha - sharks

Best non-diving destinations I've been to:

Club Noah Isabelle (Taytay, Palawan) - much better than El Nido's Miniloc and even Lagen resorts)
Sagada-Banaue - try the cave, trek to Big Falls in Sagada; do it in December (15 degrees temperature)
Ilocos (do Vigan, Laoag, Fort Ilocandia, Paoay, Pagudpud...lots of attractions)
Donsol, Sorsogon - swimming with the whale sharks
Capisaan Cave (Nueva Vizcaya) - 3 km cave; not yet popular but will be in the future; "obstacle course" better than Sagada's cave; 4x4 vehicle and guide is a must
