After a couple weeks of constant reading I finally joined.
While getting ready for my upcoming wedding and honeymoon I decided to stop by a local dive shop and grab some quality gear for snorkeling. After a couple visits I found myself enrolled in the PADI class. I don't have enough time to get the checkout dives in before I leave so we're going to have to do them in Saint Johns, USVI.
I've found quality answers to most of my questions, but this one I'm still having trouble with. Does anyone have any ideas on which dive shop I should get my checkout dives through? I'm about ready to book with Low Key Watersports. The other options are Maho Bay Watersports and Cruz Bay (expensive).
I've decided to just get the checkout dives reserved and signup for additional dives when I get there. So I can try a different shop. I've heard Eagle Sholes is a good dive, but you have to go to an East side shop. No biggy. A night dive is deffinitely going to be in the agenda if I have any say.
Any recommendations or advice is greatly appreciated.
