Where to see the most sea turtles?

Virgin islands.

But I'm so tired of turtles. They seem everywhere now. Unless there's friendly ones, I'm Meh.

Barbados has a few tagged turtles that get fed. Snorkel boats visit them. Might be worthwhile. It's about an hour in the water, and snorkelers usually only stay in for 20min. So you have friendly turtles to yourself for a while. It was really cool to freedive and surface with them.

Not everywhere. In St Lucia and Grenada I've seen just 1 or 2, and they were very shy of people.
 
Wild side with East Coast Divers in Bonaire. I have seen more than I can count all at the same time there.
