Where to do my IDC?

prior to being selected into CDTC to become CD, you also need to be trained as IDC staff with a Course Director, and moving on to become MI.

I thought the Course Director Training Course was conducted by PADI staff, not by Course Directors.......

Back to the OP, pick some locations, dive with a few ops and see who you get along with and a vibe that works for you. You'll get lots of rah rah come do it here suggestions, but the best thing is to look around and work with an outfit you personally respect.
