I'm looking to go on a dive trip in February. I've been to Bonaire a few times and would like to go somewhere else . My criteria is below (and in order of importance (1 and 2 are tied):
1. Direct flight from NYC area;
2. Internet in the hotel room;
3. Beach to relax after diving; and
4. Short boat rides.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You have limited your responders to those who live in New York and have familiarity. Who else would know where you can fly ?

You really mean "direct" and not "non-stop" ?

So, as in with many such broad questions- can you do a little homework, first ? All sorts of useful additional responses will likely occur.

Provo, (Providenciales) Turks & Caicos meets your needs. A bit expensive in Feb. Grace Bay is one of the nicest beaches in the world. Good diving a short ride off NW Point. Although it's a slightly longer boat ride, French Cay is worth it for big pelagics. Jetblue and AA fly there nonstop on Sat. Beautiful by Nature - Turks and Caicos Islands - Turks and Caicos Tourist Board

You are right, I can find direct flights, but first trying to figure out WHERE to go.

Well, I'm afraid we still need a wee bit more information to be of any use to you. For example-
What is your budget like? This will likely be one of your prime considerations, and will affect almost any response we give you.
How far are you willing to go? Caribbean only, or farther afield?
What are your interests like? Reefs? Walls? Wrecks? Drift dives? Big critters? Macro life? and so on and so on...
What is your experience level like? Answers for a relatively new diver can vary considerably from those for a veteran.
As you can see, there are many more variables to consider. Think about what you want, and then see if we can help you. Woody

I have no real budget. I would like to limit travel to 8 hrs and have 200+ dives.
