This is quite a usual temperature for R4 in the 27-29C range.Raja was still great when I was there last year, but waterT was also around 80/82F and bleaching started a bit.

Yes, but I heard from my friend that owns the liveaboard, it was like that already the whole year around... While it most of the times ranges more. Raja still has great corals, not much damage was done, but it started. Let's hope it doesn't continue. There are such a great coral dive sites there, like Bird Rocks...This is quite a usual temperature for R4 in the 27-29C range.
