Where to dive in December

Which parts of Malaysia / Singapore offer the best diving in December? Any help is much appreciated!

thanks for that! we went to Sipadan last year and absolutely loved it this year we've decided to go to Lankayan... can't hardly wait!

Going to Sipadan in Feb. As for another recommendation you could do a dual centre stay in Bunaken and Lembeh (N Sulawesi).
