Where is this house?

Looking at sorting out a rental for a trip to Bonaire. Considerin this one: Belnem Vacation Rental - VRBO 208708 - 4 BR Bonaire Villa, Spacious Oceanfront Beach House with Private Pool. Can anyone point me where it is on google maps? The address is 227 EEG blvd, on the way to the south pans.

I can't make the address jive with gmaps, and the south pans means nothing to me.

Any help is appreciated!

Here's a jpg. The airport is in the upper right corner. I don't know why I couldn't save this as a .kmz file.

The red roofs just north of "Or Here?" are Belmar condos. Their address is 88 EEG. Belmar says they're 6 minutes from town so if this house is 8 minutes, it must be just south of there. There are several private houses/rentals in that area - we were looking at another one on VRBO a couple years ago. We drove by them daily on the trip to the south dive sites that are just beyond there. Afaik once you round the point there are no houses - unless that's changed in the last couple years.

House is located in Punt Vierkant right next to the blue house called Esmeralda. A stone's throw from The Lake dive site.
