Where is Mitten Diver??

I'm in the process of making a gear trailer and I've been pointed in Mitten Diver's direction as he's apparently built a great set-up for himself. For some reason, either my messages aren't getting through or I'm being ignored.

Does he not like Brits or did I wrong him in a previous life
