Yes ocdiver1 it is Cozumel, Mexico. You win and so you get to post the next picture.
Cozumel is famous for it's amazing high speed drift diving, imagine flying over the reef like Superman!
Unfortunately it is also a cruise ship port, when the boats come in all the prices on front street double.
