Not Bacalar, which is a nice lake with turquoise waters.
The Flamingos tend to be along the north coast of Yucatan on the Gulf of Mexico

Xcalak has a dive site called La Posa which is a cut in the reef full of Tarpon, one of the best along the Yucatan coast.
