Resolute Bay, Nunavut, Canada you got it Walrus2!

Formerly part of North West Territories, Resolute is a base for polar expeditions.

The South Camp Inn, Resolute has a Scuba Compressor, so it could be the northernmost 'dive op'?

I found your picture, it still says NWT but it's a bit dated. I didn't find a dive-op there though, although I know of other sites with compressors that aren't really set up for tourists. I'll make sure to buy a few more cold-water regs and new dry glove liners.

Full face mask and a warming hut would be good too. I doubt they put DMs in the water with you, but they do cater to divers.

I'd settle for a warming hut, don't need the full face mask. This place isn't as cold.
