Oil rigs, say off San Pedro, CA. Blacksmith fish, gorgonian, kelp. hmm although the kelp is a problem, oil rigs are very deep. A pier instead? Catalina dive park?

Catalina Dive Park it is!!!

Great 'Dive Park' right in the town of Avalon on Catalina Island, California

Harbor Seals, Pacific Torpedo Rays, Spanish Shall Nudibranch and don't forget the mighty Garibaldi, the kelp realm is amazing!
