No need for a charter. Just go down to Bradenton on Anna Maria Island and go out to the beach. It is directly across from SeaTrek Divers down there. If you go into the shop they will tell you exactly how to find and let you park in their lot. Then it is litterally across the street. It is a dive you do once and thats about it but for a snorkler it is about the best you are going to get around here. I have never done any snorkling around eggmont so it might be good as well but she will like the Sugar Barge.
