Where can I get a W5 for my Inon D180?

I just purchased a used Inon D180 for my PT-015 but as it was used with a different camera, I need a W5 adapter to use it on my PT-015 housing. Besides directly from Inon, does anyone know where I can get just the fiber optic mounting hardware, I have the rest. I am also considering just making one. If anyone has close ups of the mount, I would love to see them.

You'll need a mirror finished bent plate to reflect the strobe's light up into the fiber holder sleeve.

Thanks Mark, that's the picture I needed.
I have a W?? that was for a Cannon housing so I have all the other parts. They disassemble easily , I just need to make/buy the bracket that holds all of it to the housing. Now that I have a good idea of what it looks like, it should be easy to make if I can find a suitable piece of plastic or alumimum. The tightwad in me just hates to buy the entire thing when I just need some small part.
