Where can I find neoprene FIN strap covers?

I recently saw for the first time someone with neoprene fin strap covers similar to the mask strap covers that are everywhere. They looked really confortable to wear when using aqua shoes instead of full booties (which we do here in the tropics - dive in shorties or skins only). I have not been able to find these fin strap covers on the internet? Local Dive Retailers in Panama are few and far also not much selection and expensive. Can anyone help me out with a web-retailer?
