Really? What country do you live in?
I know the US has a limit... I don't remember what, but I think it was something like 100 gallons a year, or 200 gallons if there is two or more adults in a household.

The only thing about alcohol is that there are stickers that say "Drinks just for 18 or older", but trust me, being barely 14, you can be just tired of drinking and smokin' 'cause no one really cares about it....
