But they forgot Bhutan does not need tourists so they can be selective but Indonesia is just the opposite.
Isn't it funny how the places most dependent on tourism also have the most hatred of tourists?

What is the latest situation among the Big Four:
1. Indonesia: Business visa only
2. Malaysia: Langkawi has just opened to Malaysian only.
3. Philippines:
BI Implements Travel Ban on 4 Countries
4. Thailand: Only through the "sandbox" Phuket. The planned opening of Bangkok and couple of other places have been postponed to 01st Nov.

Not much has changed.

A lot of noises on opening.

Quote from Macbeth:
"Full of sound and fury. Signifying nothing."

No more quarantine required and free to travel everywhere.

Up-date(entry to Bali)
1. 19 countries or 20(including Timor-Leste).
2. 5 days of quarantine(or is it still 8 days)
3. Visa(no idea if visa on arrival is available otherwise it could well be business visa only)
How do they run the country?

4. "Rubber time(jam karet)"!!!! 14th Oct does not really mean 14th Oct!!!! This is Indonesia.

From 1st Nov onward, these five nationals do not require quarantine upon arrival and they are : Germany, Singapore, UK , USA and £$%^&

So the covid related disruption for Thailand is ended on 31st Oct, 2021.
Peak diving season for the West coast.

Philippines and Thailand are going to lift most of those restrictions in Feb.

Diving season on East coast of the Peninsular Malaysia starts in Mar.
