I had a detachable one for my doubles it looked just like the handtrucks used by the local coke distributor. Worked great and was free in the middle of an intersection.

I have a cart similar to this: https://www.amazon.com/ABO-Gear-Utility-Wagon-Garden/dp/B017ITWBLQ/

Holds 2 (sometimes 3) tanks and all my dive gear to get from the parking lot to the beach.

This cart is the best thing since sliced bread (since the Cubs' previous World Series win in 1908 happened *before* sliced bread was invented! :)). I get at least one comment on it every time I've been out at the local quarry. Usually it's a woman asking me where I got it, or a woman dragging her husband/boyfriend over to show him. One person even offered to buy it off me, but I needed it to haul my own gear. :)

I even load it up inside my apartment (I live ground floor) and haul everything out to my car with it. It handles single steps easily. I use it for hauling groceries from my car, and at the shooting range, too. It's well worth the $60.

Very sturdy. I abuse mine. Works well on the bit of sand at the local quarry. I've known people to use them on beach outings with the family. Not sure how it would work heavily loaded (with cylinders), but it handles coolers and such fine on sand.

I made my own out of a $19.95 POC dolly from Lowe's. I cut off the small wheel brackets and made my own that utilized 20" mower wheels so I can go through sand easily. I got the steel from www.SpeedyMetals.com. They even cut the 1" tubes (circles) for me on the bottom of the cart. It's all mild steel and was easy enough to weld up. It's 4 years old or more now and carries my entire kit to the springs. That includes 2 LP120s, an AL40 O2 Deco bottle, my fins (on the other side) and my helmet.
