Here it is, April 2024. We're on another dive cruise and thought we'd give another shop a chance. After checking all the ratings we sent an email to Roger's Scuba Shack.
Waited several days, no response, sent another email.
Waited several days, no response. That's enough for me!
So we're headed back to West Side Scuba again. I'm hoping we can get them to go up the west coast... that's where the great reef systems are and I'd like to go back there again. That's why I was favoring a shop on that side, but hey... if you don't respond BEFORE you have my money, why should I expect better response AFTER you have it?!?
