What's Open? Daytrip from BKK (Pattaya?)?

Have 2 days free during trip to Bangkok next month (Feb) and hoping to get under water. Given short time, flights are probably out. So considering Pattaya or surrounds.
Advice on good Dive Ops that are open?
And best place to stay these days?

1. Wrong time of the yr for Pattaya.
2. The selection of places to stay is HUGE. All depend on how much you are willing to pay.
3. Ayutthaya, the capital before BKK, is nice and interesting.

Diving can still be ok that time of year. Check the conditions and go for a nice divetrip
