What's needed to prepare a boat for diving?

Hey Guess, How is the boat diving going. Maybe the weather has held you up or are you diving more now that you have learned to dive from your boat. Just wondering you Have'nt posted with any more tips or Ideas you need, But just as well I knew if you just got out there you would figure out everything after each dive.

You gona need lots of money for gas, a few dive flags (one on the boat and one over your diving site) A very strong latter (or remove all in the water first), several tanks, radio, sounder, GPS and all of the above plus.
