Found this dead eel yesterday at the Cliff dive site (onaire). Looks similar.

Juvenile spotted moray?

I found the picture below at Spotted moray juvenile (Gymnothorax moringa) | Jason Flower's Homepage

Looks pretty close to me and the photo below says it was taken in Bonaire.
