Ok what do you wear under your dry suit in 40 degree's.
Is a Polar tech 300 jump suit be enough?
If not what do you recommend?
Dry suit is a DUI TLS350.

I have the Pinnacle Evo2, and the Pinnacle temperate undergarment. In January, with water temps of 46, I put two layers of underamor under the u/g, and was "ok". I could "feel" that it was cold outside the suit, but only my face was really cold. However, at 40, that might require another layer, or the DUI 400. Unfortunately, more u/g means more weight.

If you're going top spend any time in cold water you will need either some type of thinsulate undergarment or a Weezle. I use a DC thinsulate extreme with another thin layer underneath (poly pro or thin flece) and am comfortable for 1 long dive or 2 shorter dives. Dry gloves make a huge difference too.

I just did a 51 min. dive using my Pinnacle Evolution Merino (650gm weight) undergarments, Sunday. The water was 43 degrees. I was quite toasty except a little chilly in the hands & head. The only minuses to this undergarment is it is a little binding in my shoulders & wearing double LP 85, I had to wear 10 extra pounds to get down.
