What to do if Instructors Teaching Credentials are no longer valid

Unless the instructor signed off and certified the DM or gave him a referral, PADI can't determine if the instructor violated standards or did anything wrong.

The op said he has everything completed and signed before the instructor was inactive, but had not turned it in for processing when the instructor was suspended. He was asking if it would cause a problem, because of the instructors change of status, if he turned it in now.

I'm unclear why he doesn't just turn it in, rather than speculating on-line?
