I just don't log dives
So i'm a bit clueless as to what the marking means.
can anyone tell me what tank this is?
brand, size, LP, HP?

low pressure something or other by the 2400psi working pressure. you didn't show the manufacturer marks, though the diamond in the picture 3 COULD be a Norris. Do you have circumference/diameter and length?
 
Those are the only markings on the tank. I can't even tell the size.
