What regulator brands can I get my own parts for?

I just bought two Sherwood regulator rebuild kits from Northeast Scuba Supply. They arrived quickly and appear to be genuine and fresh.

Reg parts are one less thing to obsess about now.

Were the kits genuine branded Sherwood? Did they include the small white foam(?) filter for the late model bleed orifice?

Yes, the Kits were Sherwood branded and appeared complete and new. The small white foam filter was present in each kit. The sintered metal filter and the seats were there.

I thought that the kits were just for the 1st stage but they appear to have every thing for both a 1st and 2nd stage. I have not installed them yet but do not anticipate problems.

That's why I asked. Genuine Sherwood kits have the parts for both stages, and the newer ones have the bleed orifice filter. Good deal!
