Lightroom mainly, and Photoshop if I really need it (rare) to fix a problem with a photo.

FWIW I bought the PC version of both and the key worked for my Macbook Pro as well, so I use both on both platforms.
 
Being an old dog not learning too many new tricks I use the Canon software for the initial viewing and white balance processing of my RAW photos. I then convert to JPG to complete the processing in Photoshop CS5 which I am use to.
I just prefer the Canon over PS for the white balance adjustment.
