Hi there,
I have just received a Zeagle BCD but do not know and cannot find out what model it is. I was told it was an old Zeagle Ranger by the original owner, I searched the internet for almost four hours to try and find the one I have, but could not.I am wondering if someone on here could help me out with this little problem. I need to know because I think I will need to purchase a replacement Bladder for it if that can be done and also I need to know what the maximum amount of weights which can be added to this BCD.And it would also be nice to just have information about the BCD I will be diving with. Heres what I can tell you about it. It is a large BCD. It says Zeagle on the front right shoulder strap but that it all for the straps. On the back it has a tag which says large and another near it that says Zeagle again and made in the USA.That is all for Tags. It also has an Orange safe plug (it says Safe Plug on the plug ) that is clipped to the upper left D ring on the front, It looks like it was put there factory but I don't know.It holds one tank. It is back inflated. It has two weight inegrated pockets on the sides towards the back but they are NOT the rip cord style, they have to be pulled to the side and down which in turn drops the weights out the bottom of the pockets (Velcro). There is one other pocket beside the left weight pocket and in it there is a plastic snap clip on a short cord.It has four D rings in total, two on the front straps and two near the bottom by the weight pockets, they are all plastic and shaped as a D that comes to a point in the middle. It has a velcro cumberband and that is all it for securing the BCD to yourself, no chest straps or anything else, just the cumberband. That is all I can tell you about this BCD and now I hope that you can tell me more about it. If you do figure out or know what model it is please send me any documentation and or pictures you may have about it. This would be very greatly appreciated for sure and I look forward to using this BCD.This is my first BCD purchased as I am still in the middle of my Scuba course and have yet to wear one in the water. Thanks again for any help provided and have a great day.
