Capts,

I think we all know its a combination of efforts to make a charter good, but, if there was one thing that you could point to and say "that's it", what would it be.

Sites?
Staff?
Location?
Boat Accommodations?
Price?

Or maybe this is just a dumb ass question, I've been known for those in the past.

You left out integrity, safety and professionalism.

You can't point out just one thing.

Definitely have to have those three... Price, definitely not a factor in this though. If price were a factor, then the real issue isn't with the price, but instead integrity and staff.
