Hello,
What kind of compressor do you use? What kinda can you use, I know my neighbour has a huge compressor that fills tires, power tools. Can I use that or is there a special diving one?
Chris

Yes i know that, Im just asking this type of compresser work? I need something that will fill to 3500 a tank, Reason being be nice to fill my own tanks and fill my own paintball tanks which hold 3500psi to.
Chris

Can't use a standard tool / tire compressor.
A Max-Air, or similar compressor, that can output 3500psi, requires special filtering and features for breathable gas, and will run you between $4K and $6K to start...

I found this thread in the scubaboard archives:

They are not cheap to start with - also don't forget that they require regular and careful maintenance and can consume vast amounts of power if used regularly. If you've got the cash and it's for your own use then that's the sort of thing you're looking at; otherwise it's probably cheaper and easier to get to your local dive shop or paintball centre.

If you're going to be doing a professional service you'll probably need to spend a lot more. My shop runs Bauer compressors - beuatiful things but rather pricey!
